My husband loves beef jerky so when I came across Dynasty Jerky, I sent a request to do a review. We were sent the Teriyaki flavored (pic below). First I need to apologize to Jason, because I had a few problems and my husband wasn’t feeling all that great so the review took over a week to do. Now on with the review.

First when you open the bag, you can smell the Teriyaki flavoring! This Beef Jerky is absolutely delicious! It’s flavorful all the way through! It was tough, like Jerky should
be, but not so tough that it was hard to eat! In fact, I would say it was softer than
some other jerky that I have tried from the grocery store!!!

Dynasty Jerky not only has several flavors in BEEF jerky. They also carry: Elk, Venison and Buffalo Jerky!

Last month I was contacted by a rep for Flip Flop wines to do a review on their wine. The rep liked my “tag line”. lol I was excited as that was the first compliment I had received from any rep on that! Of course I jumped at the chance to do the review, I like Wine and so does my husband who was telling me that he takes full credit for that tag line! lol

Anyway, I received 3 bottles of flip flop wine to sample; Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir.

We first tried the Pinot Grigio wine and I have to say that this was my favorite wine! I could drink the whole bottle by myself! lol No I’m not an alcoholic, just that this wine was very smooth and delicious! We had spaghetti and wine that night and it was a very relaxing evening.

Then we tried the Riesling which was the sweetest of the wines. It’s light, fruity and nice to drink while sitting outside with friends on a warm summer evening.

The last to try was the Pinot Noir. Red wines contain the most health benefits! There are compounds in grapes and wine (especially red wine) called resveratrol and quercetin. These compounds are what makes red wine ‘heart healthy’ if consumed in moderation.

I loved when I read that it went well with chocolate chip cookies! I thought it would be a nice desert wine! lol Hubby liked it. flipflop Pinot Noir is a drier and heavier wine, but it was good! I didn’t have chocolate chip cookies to go with it as suggested but I betcha the combination would’ve been awesome!!!

Ok so I posted yesterday about my $.052 Kmart trip for 10 cans of Seattle’s Best Iced Coffee. Well, today I am reviewing it! lol I have to, it’s so good! I never knew Seattle’s Best was a Starbucks-owned company! I admit I was a little nervous about how the latte’s would taste because their coffee grinds are a bit too strong for me. Anyway, on with the review…..

I am currently drinking the Seattle’s Best Iced Mocha Latte (they come in Vanilla, Mocha & Latte) and it is scrumptiously delicious! Just the right amount of mocha flavor and not too sweet! An uncommonly smooth blend of coffee and milk flavored with chocolate. Retail price is $1.49 for a single can and $4.98 for a four-pack. Single cans can be found at KMart at this time, I’m sure Walmart will catch on and get them in soon. The 4 pack can be found at both KMart and Walmart.

I am certainly going to buy more of these! Sometimes I don’t feel like drinking coffee in the morning (especially in 90 degree heat), but I feel like I want some in the afternoon or evening, so now I have something I am comfortable with drinking in hot weather and I don’t have to clean the coffee maker! lol
